Introduction
Documents Section contains the reports and common files, it works just like your windows folders where you can create nested folders and upload the files and different reports at various levels.
Documents tab can be accessed from the main menu. Document and other sections under the document tab are only visible if the appropriate privileges have been assigned to the logged-in user, please contact your administrator if you are facing difficulties accessing the sections under the Documents tab.
The Documents section consists of the following features:
Reports
Reports are the data visualizations that provide a multi-perspective view of the information collected from varied data sources. A report contains one or several visual elements in the form of charts, graphs, and maps. OPNBI reports can have one or multiple pages.
Report Management
Report Management is used to schedule Reports according to Months, Daily, Weekly, and Normal.
Merge Reports
Merge Reports allows users to select multiple files to create a single PDF for easy sharing.Also, make sure that you save time if associated files and reports are merged as a single PDF file.
Adhoc Reports
Adhoc Reports allows a nOPNBIe user to create reports with great ease using a drag and drop mechanism to insert graphical elements like the chart on the page.
Adhoc Analysis
Adhoc Analysis allows the users to analyze the data without saving it or they can also download a copy of this analysis report if required.
Shared Resources
Shared Resources contains all the artifacts which are by default shared between all users within the same organization. All the users within the same organization must use the same network connection and same repository to access the shared files.
Quick Run
Quick Run is that you don't have to write the parameter of the report, again and again, you just save it to use in the future.
Report Bursting
Report Bursting will be used in a condition when multiple reports are required to be generated and shared with relevant users at a specific predefined period.
Group Report
Group Report allows the user to send multiple reports in a group or bunch when required.
