- There are two ways in which a user can assign user roles in the OPNBI application (Note: Roles can be Assign to one user at a time):-
1. By clicking on the button located at the bottom most toolbar.
2. By right clicking any existing user and select Edit USerRole as follows:-
- Now perform the following steps in order to Assign role to user:-
- Click on Submit button using one of the methods mentioned above which will open the following popup.
Assign a role to useras per requirement from the list of available roles.
In case of any further help, the user can click on the icon to access the OPNBI help documents.
Finally, click on button to assign the role to the user.
Login with the user credentials as follows to check details after the role has been assigned, For instance if user is assigned Administrator role he will be able to access all the sections of OPNBI application.
If the user is not satisfied and wants to cancel the create request, he can do this by clicking on the cancel button next to submit or by clicking on button next to the icon.
In this manner, you can assign a role to the user in the OPNBI application.
