Introduction to Department section
The Administration tab contains Department section as follows:-
Overview:-
Department section enables the user to create new Departments or modify the existing Departments in the OPNBI application.
This also enables the user to perform login with using department credentials such as department code and Admin name instead of generalized user login.
Note
Admin user can see all the information pertaining to a certain department and can operate all the sections of the OPNBI application by logging in to that department.
Department tab can be accessed from the main menu under the Administration section. Department and other sections under the Administration tab are only visible if the appropriate privileges 🔒 have been assigned to the logged in user, please contact your administrator if you facing difficulties accessing the sections under the Administration tab.
When user click on the department section the screen will look as per below:-
- Name
- Department Code
- Admins
- Department Links
➡️ Department tab provides following functionality:
1. Create Department
By using this option user can create department as per their requirements.
2. Delete Department
By using this option user can Delete Department as required
