Move in Report Section
Move is to permanently transfer text, data, or files from one location to another without duplicating them.In general, to move something is to relocate it from one place to another. Its position is changed: after it is moved,the thing no longer exists in its previous location.
By using this document user will learn how to move a Report in OPNBI application.

Prerequisitesβ
- For this example we are using the Customers details report.
Download report.zip file from link given report.zip.
- After downloading the zip file, add Customers details into the report section of OPNBI. To add it into OPNBI follow this Link.

Click on Hamburger Icon.
Go to the Documents and Click on Reports.
There are two ways in which a user can Move a report in the OPNBI Application.
I. By clicking on the Move option located at the bottom-most toolbar.
II. By selecting Move option from the context menu by right-clicking the report you want to Move.
Click on Move option of Customers details report, from one of the methods mentioned above.
As user clicks on Move option following screen will be displayed:
The default name will be Customers details. You can provide your name while moving a report.
To provide a move destination, you can select any of the folders present in the popup or can create a new folder by selecting the folder where a new folder must be created and click on Create Folder as follows:
Here we will create a folder named New Folder within root where we will move our Customers details report. Select New Folder from the list shown below:
To assign privileges to the report, click on the Privilege tab next to the Move tab. By default, copy current privileges and visibility checkbox will be checked which will retain the same privileges and visibility of the original report in the moving version.
If you want to assign privileges, uncheck the Copy of current privileges and visibility checkbox.
The user can select other users/roles with whom the moved report will share from the list of available users/roles or search them in the search user/roles bar.
Visibility is used to mention who all can view the report and is of following three types:
- Private It means only the current user / actual owner can view the file.
- Internal It means all the users within the organization can view the file.
- Public It means anyone can view the file.
Click on Move button & your report will be moved into New Folder as shown in image below:
In case of any further help, the user can click on the icon to access the OPNBIHUB help documents.
If the user is not satisfied and wants to cancel the move request, he can do this by clicking on the cancel button next to create folder button or by clicking on button next to the icon.
In a similar manner, you can also perform the move operation on the folders selecting the folder you desire to move and choosing the move icon from the toolbar, or by right-clicking the folder and selecting the move option from the ellipsis shown.
